A night in our luxury tuscan villa will connect you with the deeply rooted traditions of old Tuscany.
The residence is designed to resemble ancient Florentine farmhouses, and it has been renovated using traditional materials that are specific to the area. Each area of the residence features handmade Tuscan terracotta, fine wood, and rough travertine that’s been extracted from the Rapolano quarries.
An inimitable homestead
Every detail of The Villa has been refined to near perfection. Each design feature was hand-picked meticulously to create the most authentic and unforgettable experience for our valued patrons. The ground floor is built primarily from rough travertino materials, and the premises are laden with exquisite Tuscan terracotta tails. In accordance to the traditional Tuscan style, The Villa also features exposed wooden beams that comprise the building’s foundation.
A spacious living environment
At The Villa’s entrance, you will encounter a furnished patio where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the breathtaking view of the vibrant local scenery. Upon entering the building, you will notice there is a large kitchen that is connected to a cozy living room. The kitchen includes most standard cooking utilities and the living room is furnished with beautiful antiques that add to the timeless atmosphere of The Villa.
Beyond the living room, there is also a stocked library which is adjacent to a sitting area that is perfect for reading. With all of these facilities, you can trust that there is plenty of space for you and your guests to enjoy your downtime.
Homely bedrooms
There are three private bedrooms in The Villa. There is one master bedroom and two smaller rooms. The master bedroom offers the most features, as it is equipped with a private wardrobe and bathroom. The smaller rooms share a second bathroom.
All of the rooms offer an exceptional view of the stunning Tuscan landscape.
Access to all facilities
Guests who book the villa have access to all of our on-site facilities, including the pool and wide garden space. There is also an amazing homestyle restaurant that is accessible to guests.

The Villa can be booked for large events as well. Our property can accommodate groups of up to 95 persons, making it perfect for mid-sized gatherings such as weddings, private dinner parties, and business training events.

- This estate is a smoke-free environment. To keep other guests from being disturbed by the smell of smoke, we ask our guests not to smoke anywhere on the property.
- Pets are welcome at Boschi di Montecalvi, but only in the apartments and double rooms. If you are traveling with pets, please contact our booking office to make accommodations for your pet.
- Boschi di Montecalvi is located within a protected wildlife area, so there are many wild animals and insects that may be present on the premises. These animals can cause damage to the interior of The Villa, so we ask that you keep doors closed and mosquito nets drawn at all times.
